 Garden antiques and antique garden decor featuring antiques in iron, terra cotta and stone including statuary, seating, fountains, sundials, bird baths, urns and architectural ornaments such as finials and obelisks. Our antique garden decor is displayed in garden room settings throughout our 1806 building and grounds. We research the history of the objects and work with and advise designers, landscape architects and individual collectors to satisfy their individual garden decor needs.
Aileen Minor has placed distinctive garden decor and ornamenation in the collections of the United States Capitol Building, the Smithsonian Institution Collections and the Maryland Government House, residence of the Governor of Maryland, among others. We exhibit garden antiques at several major antique garden shows such as the Antique Garden Furniture Show at the New York Botanical Gardens in April, the Philadelphia Original 23rd Street Armory Show in April and The Brandywine River Museum Antiques Show, Chadds Ford, PA. in May.
